Eyelet (ICOP) Stampings

The first generation of transfer stamping presses, Eyelet or ICOP (Individual Cam Operated Plunger) presses are an excellent option for the production of smaller, lighter gage, more detailed parts. The adjustable cams and plungers allow for flexibility in material gage variation and length. By size, Eyelet or ICOP presses are somewhat limited in the number of features that can be added to a part. One of the big benefits of an eyelet style press is they offer a lower initial tooling cost.
