Working with the advanced engineering team of a major airbag manufacturer, ITW Drawn Metals was able to help redesign a heavy walled machined part. This previously machined part, now manufactured as a deep drawn stamping, is nearly 50 percent complete off the press - wall thinning included.

Parts include diffusers, combustion chambers, manifolds, sensor covers, ignition tubes, bases and orifice sleeves.
